WARRANTY INFO


All G-SHOCK watches purchased from local authorized retailers will come with receipt and stamped warranty card which include a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.


Our G-SHOCK watches are direct purchased from the G-SHOCK US factory, thus, the one year warranty against manufacturing defects is not included. However, we will still be giving you a ONE YEAR WARRANTY for the electronic defects as well as for change of batteries. Making thorough check on the watches before mailing them out will definitely be done. It is never easy to spoil or even have any damages to a hardy G-SHOCK watch.

Customers shall NOT have any claim under our warranty for repairs or adjustments expenses if:

1. The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.

2. The problem is caused by fire or other natural calamity.

3.The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other then a CASIO service centre.

4. The case, glass, battery or band (In the case of a wristwatch) is damaged or worn.

5. The proof or purchase is not presented when requesting service.

6. The warranty period has expired.

The charges vary according to the models and several other factors as well, which also apply to locally purchased G- SHOCK watches after the one year warranty.
